It’s Not So Much What You Remember. It’s Who You Remember. – Ecclesiastes 12

Remember SmileyRemember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; (vs 1) There’s the answer right off the bat!

cymbals smiley

Clang! Clang! Clang!

This verse spoke very loudly to me like clanging cymbals. (TYHS) It told me simply to remember that I am of God. No man, nor woman, nor ungodly spirits in others defines who I am. I belong to God from beginning to end, from birth to death. (Read Genesis 1:27;Jeremiah 1:5; Psalm 139:13-16; Ecclesiastes 3:21 & 12:7; Job 34:12-15;Luke 23:46)

Like Adam and Eve, I have a will that can lead me away from God. We all have that inherited will, both Christians and Non- Christians alike. This chapter had me wondering why is it so important to us that we remember certain things that have happened to us that led us away from God? The answer, ‘once bitten, twice shy’  comes to mind. (Idiom Meaning- If somebody is said to be once bitten twice shy, it means that someone who has been hurt or who has had something go wrong will be far more careful the next time.) Speaking from experience, I feel safe to say that remembrances are selective, censored, implicit, and/or involuntary. When bitten once, we should be twice shy to remember the WHO that’s important, not the what.

Remembrances can make or break a person, open them up or shut them down.  M-E-M-O-R-Y is a very powerful thing. I am just amazed at its power.

Every living being go through the stages of being a youth. For most it is a happy, daring, carefree and even life threatening stage. It is life threatening more so TODAY, because most youth appear unable to use common sense and they refuse to learn. Most do not care what happens to them, nor do they comprehend neither actions nor the circumstances for those actions-present day news events prove this. It appears that most youth aren’t being taught about manners; about love; about respect for self and others; nor about God.

Perhaps it is something their parents just don’t have time to teach, nor preachers the time to preach. Perhaps a lot of parents just don’t have the knowledge to do so. We all know that a lack of know how and know who keeps one in bondage. However, there will come a day that the youth will go out from the bondage. Even as adults we have bondage periods. What did Moses tell the Israelites? “Remember the Titans?” No.  He told them to “…Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out from this place:…”(Exodus 13:3) With that being said please take a look here at the developmental characteristics of youth and decide what you can do to help them remember their Creator during their youth.

Developmental Stages of Children and Youth

Three words stood out to me from those characteristics, EAGER, SENSITIVE, and VUNERABLE.  What stood out to you?

Puzzling Personal Moment – I was wondering how is it possible for youth to remember their Creator in those days, if they have not been taught about God. It is easy for youth to come to God and also easy for them to go away from AND return to God. I ran up to the front of the church at age of 9 or 10 to get an opportunity to be dunked in water in my pajamas. It looked like fun when they baptized others. Amazing! Now they have rules, hoops, and procedures set in place before anyone can get baptized. Is that fair? That’s another blog.

As Christian youth and as aging Christians we must remember to continue in Jesus for we have a Great Commission to complete- And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20)

This concludes my study of various Ecclesiastes verses as I spent time with the Holy Spirit. I apologize for the late posting for I had decided to avoid posting during Lent.  I still remained in His word.

Let us all realize the IMPORTANCE of remembering our Creator. Let us remember to be EAGER, SENSITIVE, and VUNERABLE to our Lord and Savior and teach this to our developing youth “…for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out…”  and he will do so with our youth.

What’s The Quantity of Light You Have in Your Life? 1 John 1

As I was studying 1 John thru 3 John, I decided to use another tool to assist in my study as well as being led to open up my dictionary.  I used The Biblical Expositor, Consulting Editor, Carl F. Henry.  The commentary on 1 John was written by Fred L. Fisher.  There were several statements that Fred made required me to think deeper after reading all three books of John.

According to Fred, “The author (John) does not consider these themes merely as ethical requirements, but as religious realities based upon the Christian revelation of God and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore Christian doctrine lies at the root of the book, and one is tempted at times, to think of it as a doctrinal exposition of the reality of the incarnation of God in Christ. If we are to follow the mind of the writer, however, we must avoid this temptation, since he is primarily concerned with the quality of the Christian life of his readers.”

AND

“The plan of the book does not follow a logical order.  The writer thinks and writes intuitively with constant repetition of recurring themes. The book defies outlining and one must be satisfied to follow the course of the author’s thoughts as he deals with the great cluster of ideas which, to him, constitute the essence of the Christian life.”

I prayed  as I always do before studying His Word, that I would be following the mind of the Holy Spirit before beginning the study, and I guess it is a worthwhile thing to follow the mind of the writer at times and let the Holy Spirit guide you to an understanding of how it applies to self.  Now with that being said, isn’t it like us when we have a lot of ideas, more than much to say, when our mind and heart are overflowing with reverberations of things we have seen, heard, and experienced? We get anxious to share words about urgent matters and we just fly to the moon and back in a day with what we want to say before giving it more thought. We are a people, most, who like to share with others what they have learned and experienced especially if it is a joyful experience.

After all a light reveals ALL that is in the dark, right? I know I say this all the time, but it just amazes me how often the Holy Spirit leads, protects, and reminds me that I am not a material or selfish person.  I had another title I wanted to use, The Quantity of Light Determines the Quality of Life. For now we shall ride with the title I used. Ok? Alrighty then!  😛

While I was studying, the Holy Spirit threw a dictionary in front of me. Well He didn’t actually throw it, He more so guided me to pull it from my nightstand while I was reading 1 John.  I had not planned on writing anything  on this study. Sometimes we read things over and over and are instinctively unaware of a word’s true meaning, even the simplest of words like I, and, am, is, have, etc. I am a dictionary addict by birth though.

You will find a lot of simple words with definitions within this blog.  I promise you, that it will give you deeper thoughts about what John is trying to relay in his messages as it did me. You will find many blessings and learn what God desires of you as an individual when it comes to self and others.  1 John thru 3 John opened my eyes, my mind, and my heart to some truths about some Christians truly caring for the destiny of others.

I will admit openly, it has never been a worry of mine to care about whether one went to heaven or hell outside of friends and family.  The reason being was that I was not knowledgeable about how a person lives their life that I do not know, and I’ve always believed each individual have to answer for him/herself to God alone without my assistance. I believe there is always light in each and every one of us that let us know how important it is to be in line with God’s Will.  It is the individual who needs to find that true source of true light within them with the help of the Holy Spirit. It’s there!   Let us keep in mind that John’s message was to all those who follow Christ or at least were trying to follow his teachings, both children and adults, both men and women.

This, to me is one of the most encouraging books of the bible when it comes to being a light for others and self to find The Way out of the darkness.  It is my belief that John put himself on a level with each listener or reader of his words.  He/they definitely spoke from experience.  John also was concerned for the joy of others in the “Word of Life.”  AND, John informs us that “We write this to make our joy complete.”  He was also excited about the audience attaining joy by receiving their quantity of the True Light due to his experience.  Just think to share the joy of Christ with others must be a wonderful feeling.  I guess I do it at times by blogging.  I’m thinking that in order for joy to happen one must reach out to others to bring them into knowing the light they can have in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who is JOY.

Joy- the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires; a state of happiness; BLISS.   🙂  I decided to put the definition here so you can associate the two words as being in one …….Christ = Joy.

********************************************************************************************************

1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

*********************************************************************************************************

While reading those passages above, please place focus on the words below and experience a deeper meaning of what John is stating about the “Word of Life”. Yes, he appears to be anxious and repeats the same message using several techniques in these 10 verses.

I found the word “have” to be a key word in John’s message to his/their experience about the Word of Life;

  • Have- to hold or maintain as a possession, privilege or entitlement.
  1. have heard (perceived by their ears gaining knowledge)
  2. have seen ( perceived with their eyes)
  3. have looked upon  (highly regarded)
  4. have handled (touched, felt)
  • Manifested- made evident or certain by showing or displaying; readily perceived by the senses, esp. the sight; easily understood or recognized by the mind. (TYHS!)
  • Declare- to make clear; to make evident; to show
  • Fellowship- community of interest, activity, feeling, or experience; the quality or state of being comradely (friendly, brotherly)
  • Full-containing as much or as many as is possible or normal; complete in detail, number, or duration; not lacking in any essential; complete
  • Light- something that makes vision possible; spiritual illumination; pure; Truth
  • Darkness- devoid of light; not receiving, reflecting, transmitting, or radiating light; arising from or showing evil traits or desires
  • Cleanse- purify; freed from dirt or pollution; having no interior flaws visible
  • Deceive- ensnare; to fail to fulfill; cheat; to cause to accept  as true or valid what is false or invalid
  • Confess-to tell or make known(as something wrong or damaging to oneself);admit
  • Faithful- full of belief and trust; LOYAL; firm in adherence to promises or in observance of duty; binding promise
  • Unrighteousness-sinfulness; wickedness; unjust; not righteous

Finally, my summary of thoughts on this chapter…. In Christ Jesus, you will not be lacking in anything and you will be privy to receive joy and more quantities of light in your life which will one day allow you to physically hear, see, look upon, and eventually handle(touch) our Heavenly Father when the Word of Life, returns for His bride. Living in darkness makes one unable to see the TRUTH to experience successful bliss which leads to a poor quality of life. . Have you discovered the quantity of light that you have in your life?  If it’s not much, what are you going to do about it?

Love Covers A Multitude of Sins

The ONE Commonality within the Human Race

Great Saturday to you! It started out as a great morning in His word and will end as a great night, because my God loves me, regardless. Today’s thoughts and blog title jumped out from the book of Romans early morn. Yeah! Yeah! Rah! Rah! Praise God! I’ve been meditating and praying for several months now to get a better understanding of when the Holy Spirit works within me making me more aware and wise concerning ALL things and ALL people that I am around and those I communicate with. With that being said, it brought to remembrance a quote made by Henry Varley in a book I read titled Moody: A Biography by John Pollock .

Henry Varley ~ “The world has yet to see what God will do with a man who is fully and wholly consecrated to the Holy Spirit.”

Bishop C. Mason. Inquisitive me!!!….I took to the net and lookie what I found.  Per Wiki, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Harrison_Mason I began reading about him and pulled these two quotes concerning The Holy Spirit.

“The Spirit came upon the saints and upon me…Then I gave up for the Lord to have His way within me. So there came a wave of Glory into me and all of my being was filled with the Glory of the Lord.”

“So when He had gotten me straight on my feet, there came a light which enveloped my entire being above the brightness of the sun. When I opened my mouth to say Glory, a flame touched my tongue which ran down me. My language changed and no word could I speak in my own tongue. Oh! I was filled with the Glory of the Lord. My soul was then satisfied.”

There is a reason for the above quotes at the end of this blog, I think. Now we shall move on to our subject at hand.  The One Commonality…Paul states it best in Romans 3:22-23 (KJV)

22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

I repeat……….The One Commonality within the Human Race is that we…
“All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

You know what this means, right? I am no better than you. You are no better than me. We are no better than the next person. Regardless of race, age, choice of religion, the house we live in, the car(s) and carts we own or drive, worldly titles and positions we hold, the truth Paul stated by far outweighs the dissimilarities of the human race. This is a very humbling statement.

Who better to relay this truth to us ALL than the Apostle Paul? Saul of Tarsus, a Jewish man also with Roman citizenship that persecuted and killed Christians without batting an eye. He tried diligently to destroy the Christian church. Lo and behold on a road to Damascus, he was made blind by the will of God, heard the voice of Jesus and obeyed, converted and later began using the Latin form of his name Paul. Of course you can read about it in the Book of Acts. (Side note, most Jews had two names in the form of Hebrew and Latin or Greek. Amazing eh? As they say Reading is Fundamental….you can learn a lot from reading just about anything.)

Get this! Paul presented the evidence before stating the truth that we have all sinned and come short. It has become the norm for most of the human race to present a statement then back it up with the evidence that it is the truth. For example, one might say “The earth is square. I shall prove it from the research I’ve gathered.” Just from reading Paul’s word, I’ve always seen a slight similarity between us. Such is life for a backwards writer and that of a humble speaker who will yell out loud if need be to make a point.

The Evidence – In Romans 1- 3:1- 21. Please read at your leisure! I am going to just present some of his truer points about the human race that he was “obligated” to speak to “other Gentiles, Greeks and Barbarians, both to the wise and unwise, and Jews.”

• Human beings suppress the truth by their wickedness
 • Humans are filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
 • Humans are “backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
After proving several points we move into Chapter 3: 9- What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;  Paul makes that statement before quoting the Old Testament in Romans 3:11-18. (Please read) My belief is that he proves to them in those verses that sin operates at innumerable levels within the human race, and that arrogance makes one unable to detect the truth about sin.

Sin is like a chain that enslaves and restricts us. (Oh! Jesus! Thank you Holy Spirit for that deep insight! ) Nowadays, we even dress sin up and hide it behind the words – freedom and rights, and call it something else believing that God will not judge us for it. I won’t go into detail there, just take a look at the things going on in the world today by biblical standards that are indeed sin. Yup! We’re all in the same boat. Some of us are trying our darndest to get off the boat and swim to a Godly shore, plant ourselves, nourish and grow in the word of God, and take on a strong root in Christ. We will get there and at that time we will overcome.

We can carry out this plan with the help of the Holy Spirit teaching, moving, and guiding us to do God’s will in our lives. The reason I posted the Holy Spirit quotes is because I believe the Holy Spirit to be a manifestation of God and His Glory within us, and when we submit to Him from the heart, we are able to fight against sin, we get a glimpse of and can feel His presence; therefore seeking honor, glory, immortality and to have life eternal with our Heavenly Father in the place Jesus has prepared for us. We need to remember that He is our Helper; that He can help us in many ways to stop coming up short of the Glory of God. ~Romans 2:7 -To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
J.R. Miller said “It is a great deal easier to do that which God gives us to do, no matter how hard it is, than to face the responsibilities of not doing it.” I have been IN AWE and HUMBLED while studying these three chapters this morning, and Gasp! Lord have mercy, now it’s almost 7PM…..God really loves me. God really loves you. God really loves us ALL. Still the fact remains that we all have this one Commonality within the Human Race……“All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” And for that reason my love bird’s we shall all be judged by Him…“For there is no respect of persons with God.” (Rom 2: 11)

LOVE COVERS A MULTITUDE OF SINS

The Gift Jesus Left – My Thoughts

Oh my word! I could just be kicked twice over. I was reading the book of John after meditating on some Psalms earlier. I came across something I boldly admit to you all, that I’ve NEVER paid attention to in all these years of spending time in His word. Many thanks to my Comforter for bringing this to my attention!
Aren’t you just dying to find out what it is? In previous readings of John, my focus has always been on verses 1-20. Ok, ok… John 14:27. My heart when troubled recites the end of His statement He made to His disciples. Lord I don’t know how I overlooked the beginning of that verse. I’ll include verse 26 just for the JOY of it.
Jesus said….
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

***“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”***

Peace aka Ceasefire; Reconciliation; Harmony; Amity (not Amityville Horror); Goodwill; etc. etc.

I suppose we all get lost in scripture sometimes, and it truly takes the Holy Spirit to reveal its secrets and understanding to us individually in God’s time.  The Lord has been telling me for a while now, that I can have peace within by saying no to things that He Himself showed me was not His will for me to do. Sometimes we get caught up in the problems of others and their attitudinal behaviors which make us lack peace within. We all need to be aware of the differentiation between a learned talent and a spiritual gift. Sometimes we get caught up in doing things we think are our gift to share with others. Sometimes He will put up a roadblock sign for us NOT to ignore “one last time” even if it’s doing something within the church and workplace.  PEACE!

It’s ok that people get upset with us for not doing things that they want us to do. We too can give the gift of peace to others by saying either I’m sorry or I forgive you when there is tension flying around like fog with wings.  😛  We are all called to serve temporarily  and differently in some stages of service for the Lord both inside and outside of the church. It was brought to my remembrance while reading John 14, Jesus didn’t stay in one place teaching, performing miracles, feeding others, and sharing the word of God.

Reading this verse before bedtime was no accident… that I’m sure of. God has given us so many things (gifts) and have placed so many people in our lives, of which we are thankful and some of us are not so thankful and should be thankful. Jesus suffered and was thankful. Jesus was a gift from God. The gift that Jesus left us is HIS PEACE. Allow me to repeat what Jesus said:

“Peace I leave with you, MY PEACE I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto YOU…”

It appears the world has not accepted His gift he left. It is my opinion that this is why the world as a whole cannot and will not have peace until Jesus’ return to clean up this mess. BUT, as an individual you can accept His gift of peace given unto you.  You’ll just have to decide in your heart to accept His gift of peace given unto you. Anything not accepted from God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit leaves the human race living in chaos. As for me and being made aware via my Comforter, I accept His gift of “Peace” left with and given unto me.

It is as clear as the River of Life aka Rio de Vida to me now; the world cannot give me peace like Jesus can. Still growing in His Word and in the name of Jesus! May you be blessed by this blog and let no one person on this earth, take His gift of peace away from you. It is my prayer that you REALIZE who the gift of peace comes from when your heart is troubled and afraid. To be left with and given peace from the Lord, oh what a blessed gift! TYHS!  🙂

If You Knew-My Thoughts On Learning From Others In The Bible

Good Great Saturday Morning/Afternoon to you beloved.  I’ve been in deep study and thought again with the OT(Old Testament), which was one of my resolutions for this New Year, to complete a book for my grandkids about what grandma thinks and believes about God, as my papaw did for I without him knowing it. I inherited a lot of his books and writings after his death.  I hope to share with you a series about people of the OT and lessons I learned from their behavioral actions. I hope you enjoy it, and as I always say, you may not agree, and that is fine. I just ask that you keep in mind that these are my thoughts revealed to me by none other than the Holy Spirit, Himself, for my understanding of the Lord. Thank you Jesus!

If You Knew

If you knew the exact time you were going to die, what would you change in your life during that additional period(s) guaranteed to you? This is something I was thinking about concerning wasted time that we have all experienced and thoughts of how to somewhat correct past behaviors, thoughts, and actions thereof. I have learned these past three weeks and know from my experience that “silence is golden” when you put yourself in the Lord’s presence and see yourself through His eyes. Just sit quietly to self and He will reveal. There are some things you may not like or can’t believe about self.  Unveiling is a powerful thing!

So anywho! I was reading in the OT again searching for something really deep about being given a 2nd chance to live life differently up to a certain day of guaranteed death told to you.  Here is where the remembrance of King Hezekiah kicked in.  After reading about him again, I also pondered, why was it that Adam was not given another chance to live perfectly again? That’s another blog and thought I suppose.

First I’ll share what I took from my Comprehensive Analysis of the Bible by Montgomery F. Essig, 1922 Edition about Hezekiah. Lord, I wish this edition was online so I could have just copied and pasted. Here we go!

Hezekiah – a form of a Hebrew word meaning “strength of Jehovah.”  Hezekiah was the twelfth king of Judah and one of the best of Judah’s kingly line, although he was the son of the idolater Ahaz.  He was born about 726 B.C., ascended the throne when about twenty-five years old, and reigned twenty-nine years.  One of the first acts of his reign was to do away with the idol-worship that had grown under his father and restore the true faith. He then turned his attention to win back the cities captured by the Philistines.  His success in these military operations led him to refuse tribute to Assyria, which nation had already destroyed the kingdom of Israel and led away the ten tribes captive.  This act brought to his doors an Assyrian army, and Hezekiah was forced to make terms by despoiling the Temple of gold to give to the Assyrians, who promptly broke faith, and were just as promptly punished by God, who in a night destroyed 180,000 of them by plague.  Hezekiah fell ill, and, after earnest prayer, was told by the prophet Isaiah that God would spare his life for fifteen years.  The remainder of his reign appears to have been peaceful and prosperous. References 2 Kings 16;18;19;20.

I shall add a bit more here about Hezekiah.  His mother, Abijah, was the daughter of King Zechariah. You do know that King David was Hezekiah’s grandfather, right?  And that because of Ahaz’s reign of not doing right in the eyes of the Lord, Israel was once again exiled because of Sin to Assyria?  In 2 Kings 17:18-19 the bible tells us that –So the Lord was very angry with Israel and removed them from His presence. Only the tribe of Judah was left, and even Judah did not keep the commands of the Lord their God. They followed the practices Israel has introduced.

His wife’s name was Hephzibah of which Manasseh was seeded.  It occurred to me that during the reign of kings throughout the families, that one generation would do good; then the next generation would do bad in the eyes of the Lord, and so on and so on. In other words, it seemed generations took turns between doing good and bad in the eyes of the Lord. I see that happening in my family and many others of which I am aware of their family history. There appears to be some type of skip a generational curse existing thingy. (Read the books of Judges – 2 Chronicles for specifics)

In 2 Kings 18:5-8, it tells us that- Hezekiah trusted in the Lord, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him. He held fast to the Lord and did not stop following him; he kept the commands the Lord had given Moses.  And the Lord was with him; he was successful in whatever he undertook. He rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him.  From watchtower to fortified city, he defeated the Philistines, as far as Gaza and its territory.

Did you know that it was Hezekiah who broke “into pieces” the bronze snake Moses made that was used to cure the Israelites from snake bites back in Moses’ day? Here’s the story about Moses’ snake.

Numbers 21:4-9 (NIV) The Bronze Snake

They traveled from Mount Hor along the route to the Red Sea, to go around Edom. But the people grew impatient on the way;they spoke against God and against Moses, and said, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? There is no bread! There is no water! And we detest this miserable food!”  Then the Lord sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died.  The people came to Moses and said, “We sinned when we spoke against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people. The Lord said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.”  So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, they lived.

So now back to Hezekiah….please open your bible or do a net search and read 2 Kings 20. It is a powerful chapter and a lesson in there to be learned for all. I am to close this out some time soon.

If the Lord sent a messenger, or told you Himself, “Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover.”…. I ask again….If you knew….what would you change in your life? At that given moment Hezekiah only had a moment’s notice.  To most, if given that message, there would be nothing they could think of to do, but to lie there and die, call an ambulance, or try to write out a quick will via a phone call to a lawyer.  😛   But ah ha! here lies the strongest link in a weakest moment encountered….Watch out! Here it comes! When Hezekiah was told this, he did WHAT?  He prayed to the Lord, and this my loves, is how the 15 years was added to his life. Ask Him in faith and ye shall receive according to His will, huh? I think he was about 54 or close to it when he died.

Hezekiah really did prove to those of us, me included, in reading this; that the verses above (2 Kings 18:5-8) were kept until his death. Not only that, whatever the Lord said to Hezekiah, he accepted, whether good or bad. It made me think again about the simplicity of trusting in the Lord. We don’t have a quarter of the incidents happen in our lives that Hez had and most can’t find it in ourselves to put and keep that trust in to him until our death. We surely don’t want bad news from the Lord and we would not be as accepting of it as Hezekiah was. It is hard for us to come to grips with accepting our fate. Right? What I find even more amazing is that the bible tells us there was never another king like Hezekiah, neither before him nor after him. Thank you Holy Spirit! Brain power kick……There was never one like Jesus before Him or after Him either, nor to come.

What lesson(s) did you learn from reading about Hezekiah?

More on Hezekiah can be found in the Books of 2 Chronicles 29-32 and Isaiah 36-39. Another thing I found powerful in reading about Hezekiah is that he “thought” that……. “There will be peace and security in my lifetime.”  Is that a thought of yours? If you were seconds away from your death, would you be able to utter those words?

2 Kings 20:7-11 (NIV)

Then Isaiah said, “Prepare a poultice of figs.” They did so and applied it to the boil, and he recovered.  Hezekiah had asked Isaiah, “What will be the sign that the Lord will heal me and that I will go up to the temple of the Lord on the third day from now?”  Isaiah answered, “This is the Lord’s sign to you that the Lord will do what he has promised: Shall the shadow go forward ten steps, or shall it go back ten steps?”  “It is a simple matter for the shadow to go forward ten steps,” said Hezekiah. “Rather, have it go back ten steps.”  Then the prophet Isaiah called on the Lord, and the Lord made the shadow go back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

My prayer and wish for you and self….Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him,and he will make your paths straight.

The Power Of Faith- My Thoughts

Full of Christ

Wow! November is almost over. This year has flown by as time normally fly in and out each blessed given day. I was reading my Seeking God study plan tonight from the Book of Matthew, Chapter 9.  I was slapped outta the wild dark sky with full moon light, the Faith Spirit took over. Thank you Jesus!

It’s amazing how I find and/or how we find things that have been there all along, even after reading it over and over again. We have to be totally engulfed in the Spirit to know its true meaning and how it applies to one’s life, when diving and swimming into the Word of God. The Bible, duh!  I felt like a red shiny apple thrown into a warm melted bowl of caramel, just covering me all over, ready for eating enjoyment when reading these scripture reminders about FAITH.  For the love of Christ, let’s call it the wisdom growth stage that we experience as we crawl, walk, run, jump, climb, and swim more with Him.

Ok, ok, so I was reading about FAITH. And it occurred to me, that FAITH is a thing very powerful, dominant, governing, and prevailing. Lord, have mercy Jesus, what a noun!  Nouns are a person, place, or thing….correct? Before I go a ranting, let’s just look at the definition of FAITH for faith’s sake.

faith n.

1. Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing.

2. Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence. See Synonyms at belief, trust.

3. Loyalty to a person or thing; allegiance: keeping faith with one’s supporters.

4. often Faith Christianity The theological virtue defined as secure belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God’s will.

Here we go now!

In Matthew 9:18-33, we read about 4 beautifully written episodes of faith. I’ll just break it down here.

  1.  The woman with the issue of bleeding for 12 years. What did she do? Reached out and touched in FAITH and was healed at that very moment. Let’s shout it together.  FAITH IS POWERFUL.
  2. The synagogue leader who went to Jesus and said “My daughter has just died, But come and put your hand on her, and she will live.”  What did the leader do? He believed before taking Jesus to his daughter. Shout! FAITH IS GOVERNING.
  3. The two blind men following Him, just a calling out for Him to have mercy on them. They went in behind closed doors and (watch this) Jesus asked them “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” What did they say? “YES LORD.” Shout it on out! FAITH IS PREVAILING.
  4. While the two newly bright eyed and joyful tattlers were going out, someone brought in a man who was demon-possessed AND could not talk, to see Jesus. Hold on beloved to that horsey bridle!  Here is the wild ride. (a)He can’t speak to tell Jesus what he desires. (b)He is possessed by a dominating demon.(c) He is face to face with Jesus…..he is no longer possessed by a demon AND he can speak. Shout it out! AND “Ride like the wind Bullseye!” (Woody from Toy Story) FAITH IS DOMINANT.

Ride like the wind Bullseye!

In these 4 events I’ve chosen, I hope you noticed as I did with the help of the Holy Spirit, these individuals either came to Jesus or Jesus was taken to the place after being sought out. You have to have faith in Him in order for Him to be pleased. Why would anyone do anything for you if they were not pleased with you in a Christ like manner? Think on it! <————–ITALICIZED BOLD  IS HERE   🙂

And here’s moi summary which proves 2 major FACT’S about FAITH from that author unknown who brews and also knew a lot about FAITH.  If you need a reminder on the lesson of Faith, read the entire Book of Hebrews.

1.      Hebrews 11:1-Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

2.      Hebrews 11:6-But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Now, my faithful and faith believing beloved one’s, skip back up to my words in italicized bold.  Do you see where I’m coming from by presenting these two FACT finding scriptures about FAITH?

Aside from it being the will of God, because of their FAITH in Him, Jesus was able to heal a sick woman, raise a dead girl, heal two blind men, and cast out a demon and He gave a mute man the gift of speech. He must have been giving a 2 for 1 special for the demon possessed one on that day. His faith must have been immeasurable.  I’m sure it wasn’t like  “Black Friday” after Thanksgiving.  😛

And might I add FAITH is a protective coating for us. It is a part of the whole/full armor of God. Let’s read about it:

  • 1 Thessalonians 5:8 (NIV)-But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
  • Ephesians 6:10-18 (NIV)——-The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Closing It!  🙂  😛

FAITH PLAYS A BIG PART IN MAKING IT TO THE HOLY CITY THAT’S A COMING DOWN! That’s my belief. Keep The Faith! It’s your JOY in the Lord. It’s your SHIELD.

Never, ever, ever, let anyone steal YOUR JOY and DON’T you take JOY away from others.

Saying The Right Words – My Thoughts

Thank you Holy Spirit!  I was studying my “Wisdom Study Plan” tonight. The plan for the day were, three chapters from the Book Of Job….. Chapters 4, 5, and 6.  I never thought of the book as being a wisdom guide until the last three days of studying it. It is a great feeling to study and spend time with God over and over again with the same stories.  Those milk stories turn into meat stories as you grow in faith and love for Him. As I was studying again in Chapter 6, I started thinking, oh Lord, that Job is full of questions and answers, and feisty in the Lord with his words, like I am at times. I was also thinking that he and his friends must have been very close to talk to each other that long. Phew! talk about long winded. How many of us will sit with a friend nowadays for more than an hour or two to carry on a conversation without looking dumbfounded or speechless? Not many, I don’t think.

Any who!  After Eliphaz had his say without catching his breath, I came to verses 25 thru 27, with special attention to verse 25.. Whoa! Hold on horsey! I was thrown off my horse.

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Horsey!

Chapter 6 begins with Job’s response to his friend Eliphaz. Let me share the verses here.  “How forceful are right words!   But what do your arguments prove? Do you intend to rebuke my words, And the speeches of a desperate one, which are as wind?  Yes, you overwhelm the fatherless, And you undermine your friend.”

Job’s firm statement and question led me along with the Holy Spirit to write this quick message for sharing. I’ll try to make it short. 🙂

Have you ever really thought about how forceful it is to say the right words? Have you ever thought about in day to day situations, and at the end of the day if you have been in an argument, what did the argument prove? Have you ever thought about what is ever accomplished when you are forced to say the right words and/or prove a point because of an argument?-Thought Candy!

When we know in our being without a doubt we have not the right words to say, this is a moment  for us to meditate quietly before opening our yapper and think to self, ‘well self  they say’ “Silence Is Golden. We’ve all experienced a moment with friends, family members, and others when they are grief stricken, hurt by someone or some other event, where it is hard for most to find the right thing to say. It’s even harder, if that person snaps back at you when you’ve felt you said the right thing. For most that turns into an argument unless you just walk away. Saying the wrong things can also put distance between you and another.

…. see! sometimes I know when to keep my mouth shut.

Zip It!

For me there are one or more of four things I say and absolutely mean from my heart when one is sad or grieving:

  • I’m sorry for your pain.
  • I will be in prayer for you.
  • If you need me, you call me.
  • Jesus loves you and I love you.

What I am trying to convey is that through ordeals, sometimes you just let go and let God. A loving hug; an “I’m sorry”; an “I’m here for you”; and/or a “trust in the Lord and be strong” will suffice. If you really don’t know what to say, just hold the person and pray quietly to self for them. This, my loves is where SILENCE is very golden and actions speaks louder than words.  Even though we are experiencing sadness for that person, we need to go outside of self in such moments and just rely on God’s still voice. Because believe it or not, Job hit on the truth with his statement “How forceful are right words!” Sometimes we ramble on until we say the wrong thing which is more hurtful and doesn’t make sense in the end.  What’s that saying, “talking out the side of your neck”?

I shall close here with the message. May you be blessed and say the right things to others in need when the Lord prepares your heart and mind to say them. Otherwise, sit quietly and wait upon the Lord. May you too find some wisdom when studying the Book of Job as I did tonight.  I now understand why it is a book filled with wisdom and whoever prepared the lesson plan online did a wonderful job. I am now wise in knowing that words are indeed like the wind and the wrong words (per Job, “desperate words”) are like undermining another when that person has a personal relationship with God.

We Are All Different (We Will Make a Difference)

Today is Saturday, October 27, 2012. Praise the Lord! I am happy to be back to share my thoughts.

First, my testimony…Allow me to share. I woke up this morning and the first words out of my mouth were “Thank You Jesus!” I looked over at my clock to see what time it was, and I said “Lord have mercy, I only slept for four hours and I’m still healing”.

See …God is Good.

I prayed and I began reading my WordPress sites that I follow and I was even more blessed. I accidentally hit the cd tray on my laptop while moving it around …it startled me a bit,( I forgot where that CD was) my praise CD that I made began playing and the first song words were  “Lord whatever you doing in this season, don’t do it without me”, then  came –“After all I’ve been through I still have joy”, and then “you don’t know what it is to be free if you’ve never been bound…it’s gotta be rain in your  life to appreciate the sunshine.” I began crying, laughing, and praising His name. I love music and trust me, I can change any song into a worshipping song and dance like David before the Lord.  That’s my weirdly different gift amongst many.  🙂

And then I was reading here…… http://ptl2010.com/2012/10/27/go-ahead-just-do-it/(Enjoy)

Then I was instructed to hit the net for articles on the gifts of the Holy Spirit and came across this website and of course turned to wiki for more info.  ( I’m beginning to write like John in the book of Revelations…”And then”… LOL )

http://www.bible-knowledge.com/gifts-of-the-holy-spirit/#

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_gifts_of_the_Holy_Spirit

Now my testimony with the Holy Spirit as my guide sat me down to write this quick blog titled “We are All Different”.

We who are followers of Christ Jesus have one thing in common, we are all different.  We possess different abilities, yet we believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit and our comforter. I just had a thought concerning multiplication tables. 1 x 3 = 3.  Are you with me?

We have yet to get on one accord with and in Christ. However, I believe with my heart and soul, we will get there. Press forward for the prize in Christ Jesus. You can do it!  I advise us all to continue in prayer to know what gift(s) the Lord has bestowed within us. And to work closely with the Holy Spirit to accomplish doing His will. Agree?

We have more work today with selves before trying to reach out and work with others, because of the gifts the Lord has given us since the day we were conceived. When we grasp what that gift is, meditate on it, praise it, love it,  perfect it in the name of Jesus, then we can go out and share that difference of the Lord within our being that we were blessed with from birth.

The Holy Spirit led me to 1 Corinthians 12:6-11.  Let me share the NIV version with you please.

There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work is my belief.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.  To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,  to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,  to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.  All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.

I want to say more on the matter, but the Holy Spirit is ordering me to stop here.  You see that last verse?  Read it again and again and again until YOU see what the Most Holy of All is saying to you. It begins and ends with God. We are the difference in the middle( the many parts).

Did I get my different gift across to you today? Thank you Holy Spirit!

Remember, even though we are all different, we will make a difference when blessed by the Holy Spirit. I repeat……We are all different and YES, we will make a difference when our actions, hearts, soul, and mind belong fully to the will of God Almighty forming ONE BODY in Christ Jesus.

Now this post is super super  super awesome, dont’ you agree?  I take no glory, I give it all to the Holy Spirit working in me this morning.

Quotes I Love About Sin

It is so amazing that a little three letter word can cause such havoc in our lives and pull us away from doing what’s right in our heart and God’s will. For this reason, I want to share this post.  Sometimes preaching the word doesn’t get through to some, but when a person speaks on a level for one to understand, it can lead them to reading the word of God to prove that His word is true. This is where most quotes concerning subjects about the human race come in handy. And if you enjoy reading quotes, please read the Book of Proverbs.

I believe most quotes made by others derive from the book, and reworded for us to grasp the meaning that is more applicable to the level of our understanding the WORD. We grow daily in faith and belief as we dine in the Word of God.  God speaks to us in so many ways.  Open your minds, feel with your hearts, hear with your ears, and see with your eyes, just how FORGIVING  our Heavenly Father, Savior, and Protector is.  And since He freely forgives, let us also practice forgiving others and moving forward, onward, and upward, cause SIN will without a doubt will keep you under and have you feeling like a snake always crawling on its belly leaving skidmarks in the dust or wherever it roams.

Enjoy my loves!  Here is some Ling for your plate. Enjoy the meal and look up the definition of LING.  I happen to run across the word because I sinned in error of a typo and had to find out the meaning of my erroneous word.

  • He that falls into sin is a man; that grieves at it, is a  saint; that boasts of it, is a devil.
  • Sin is a viper that does always kill where it is not  killed.

Thomas  Brooks

  • There are sins of omission as well as those of commission.

Dorothee DeLuzy

  • Other men’s sins are before our eyes; our own are behind  our backs

Seneca

  • Adam ate the apple, and our teeth still ache.   🙂  😛

Hungarian Proverb

  • Confess your sins to the Lord, and you will be forgiven;  confess them to men, and you will be laughed at.
  • All sin tends to be addictive, and the terminal point of  addiction is what is called damnation.
  • Violence is a Sin- “The Roots of Violence: Wealth without work, Pleasure without conscience, Knowledge without character, Commerce without morality, Science without humanity, Worship without sacrifice, Politics without principles”

Mahatma Ghandi

  •  Marriage is three parts sin and seven parts forgiveness of sins.

Lao Tzu

  • “I have no right, by anything I do or say, to demean a human being in his own eyes. What matters is not what I think of him; it is what he thinks of himself. To undermine a man’s self-respect is a sin.”

Antoine de Saint-Exupery

  • “Should we all confess our sins to one another we would all laugh at one another for our lack of originality”

 Kahlil Gibran

  • “If you do not want the fruits of sin stay out of the devil’s orchard” (Amen! Apples anyone?)

UnKnown

  • All the water in the world, however hard it tries, can never sink the smallest ship unless it gets inside, and all the evil in the world, the blackest kind of sin, can never hurt you in the least, unless you let it in”

Unknown

  • “So much attention is paid to the aggressive sins, such as violence and cruelty and greed with all their tragic effects, that too little attention is paid to the passive sins, such as apathy and laziness, which in the long run can have a more devastating effect.”

 Eleanor Roosevelt

  • “To sin is a human business, to justify sins is a devilish business.”

 Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy

  • “Sin cannot tear you away from him (Christ), even though you commit adultery a hundred times a day and commit as many murders”

 Martin Luther

Wow, I have to refresh myself on Luther’s beliefs.

God’s mercy is so GREAT. It is so awesome how much He loves me, He loves Us.

Thank you Lord for the forgiveness of Sins.

To close this out I want to add in the words of Martin Luther

“I have held many things in my hands, and I have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God’s hands, that I still possess”

 AMEN  AMEN  AMEN

The Good and Bad Within Us- My Thoughts

I purchased this book years ago while browsing in the local B & N, of which the title captured my brain waves, The Most Evil Men and Women in History by Miranda Twiss.

Here’s a list of the people she wrote about: Caligula, Nero, Attila the Hun, King John, Torquemada, Prince Vlad Dracula, Franciso Pizarro, Bloody Mary 1, Ivan IV, Elizabeth –Countess Bathory, Rasputin, Josef Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Ilse Koch, Pol Pot,  and Idi Amin.

How Funny!

First, I’ll have my soapbox moment and then share brief portions from the book. 😛

Even though we know without a doubt the evilness that humans do, we tend to forget just how controlling the devil can be within us. This writing is just a reminder that there is some form of evil or bad (whichever you prefer to call it), be it mild or severe, within us all. You can deny it, but I believe it to be true. The reason being is that we are all inherently sinners. We all have had episodes of anger and meanness, rages of jealousy and bitterness, mouths full of gossip, the mindset of unforgiveness, and thoughts of revenge.

Let’s review the words of God in Exodus 21:23-25– But if any lasting harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

Now let’s review the words of Jesus concerning judgement of others in Matthew 7:12– Therefore whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Jesus also reminds us concerning enemies to use the same Law, Luke 6:31-And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise. Does anyone ever soak in what He says afterwards? Let’s read verse 33 Luke 6– And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. Wow! Nice  eye opener there….For even sinners do the same.

Then let us look here again in Luke 6:45– A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.  Only Jesus knows the truth concerning our heart, no matter how hard we try to hide it,it can be seen by others due to your actions.

Now, I don’t believe we all intentionally inflict pain on others, or intentionally kill another or group of people because of their religion, race, or just because they exist, nor do we possess the desire to do such. We can hurt and even kill others with the power of the tongue and with what is within our hearts. Tis has been proven so, throughout human history. There are some of us who say “God knows my heart”, yet they do not know their heart. They will sometimes use this as an excuse for their wrong doing to another, but too arrogant or self-centered to apologize. God wants us to know our own heart, to overcome those bad things that may escape due to our hearts condition. I have no doubt, we can become as God wants us to be.

Therefore I’ve come to the conclusion there within us all exist both good and evil/bad, darkness and light, even though we’d like to think we’re all good within.  That’s a good thing though, if we continue to believe so, we eventually become what we truly believe with lots of work and faith to achieve such a goal with the help of the Holy Spirit. I think we forget at times that the Holy Spirit is our Comforter.  Let’s work hard in ridding ourselves of the bad, the evilness that lies dormant.  After all, we have several biblical characters that worked out their darkness and became a light to others, these are the two most are familiar with; Saul who killed Christians became Paul, and Moses the murderer who delivered the Laws of God to God’s chosen people.

**************

Side note- Nero, the 5th Emperor of Rome, was the product of an incestuous rape. Caligula rapped his sister Agrippina(the younger) at the age of 12. Caligula was Nero’s father and uncle, fancy that and he too was listed amongst the “most evil”.

Caligula

Caligula- born in 12AD Gaius Julius Caesar to Germanicus a war hero and Agrippina(the elder), the granddaughter of Emperor Augustus. Gaius was successor to the Emperor Tiberius who died in 37AD. The people were dazzled by Gaius Caesar and his family connections, and the Senate handed him unprecedented powers. For the next four years, the schizophrenic Emperor would use these powers to terrorize, rape, and murder, with sadistic delight. Two thousand years later his sex life is still a watchword for depravity. (Gasp!) He reveled in torture, demanding slow and painful executions as to be carried as he dined. Finally, Caligula would declare himself God.

Caligula now began striking out at close relatives and former friends. Gemellus was accused of making plans in anticipation of Caligula’s death. The eighteen year old was handed a sword and shown how to commit suicide.  Next, Caligula turned on his father-in-law, Silanus. The old man was accused of treason, after he refused to accompany Caligula on a boat trip. Silanus was forced to cut his own throat with a razor.

He spent the entire summer of 40AD rigorously preparing himself to be a God.  He provoked outrage with the demand that the Temple of Jerusalem be converted into an imperial shrine containing a statue of himself. He took the refusal as an act of grave disloyalty and ordered the death of those who had opposed him.

Elizabeth, Countess Bathory

She was a sadist who perpetrated incredible cruelties upon her servants and peasant girls, murdering over 650 of them during her reign of terror. The Bathory family was rich and one of the most powerful protestant families in the whole of the country. Her father George was a minister, who married his cousin, Anna.  As a child, Elizabeth was prone to frequent fits in which she would be overcome with rage and uncontrollable behavior. (must be the result of incest)  In the dead of winter the Countess would have young women stripped naked and taken into the courtyard below her window. Water was then poured over the victim until she froze like an ice statue. Elizabeth would sit and gaze at her beautiful human sculptures for hours.

Idi Amin

In 1971, the self-created General Idi Amin became President of Uganda. To the rest of the world he was a showman whose extravagance was exceeded only by his talent for comic buffoonery. But behind the grinning face was a calculating monster…. He mutilated his wife and murdered his ministers, keeping the head of one in his refrigerator as a warning to others.   Amin anxious to prove to Gadaffi that he was a worthy protégé, opened an office in Kampala for the Palestine Liberation Army, with full diplomatic status. He declared his admiration for Adolf Hitler and drew up plans for a memorial to the Nazi dictator to be erected in the middle of Kampala.   In January 1972 he warned that any Asians holding political meetings would be summarily shot. Then on 5 August he dropped his bombshell. He gave 80,000 Asians ninety days to leave Uganda, claiming the idea had come to him in a dream from God.  In March 1972 he ordered that all Israelis had to leave Uganda. His accusations became increasingly wild- he claimed they had been intending to poison the Nile and kill all Arabs in Sudan and Egypt. Angry and hurt, the Israelis pulled out.

Lord have mercy, even after knowing such people existed and exist, I don’t understand why or how they get away with so much evilness. I bet the behavior and actions all are due to things that happened in their childhood. Come Lord Jesus!
